Could wish more restaurants would charge$ for bread at the table instead of just offering it. they might value it more and take it home with their leftovers.
I did a bucket program for one Italian restaurant which 1/3 of their Preconsumer food waste was uneaten garlic bread left in baskets, returned and dumped .
The stuff requires too much handling (oven pasteurization) to be useful to omnivore birds, can't be fed to Dogs, and only as a rare treat to single stomach Herbivores (rabbits/horses).
