How would you substitute for Gluten Free pasta?

Hi Nishcala,

I haven't made this with gluten-free flour. All the GF pasta recipes I've seen call for xanthan gum. So if you find some of that, it should give your pasta the necessary stretch without the gluten. But like I said, I haven't tried it. You'd have to play around with the recipe.
